Even I've encountered such weird problems.Like,If you double click on Form , you can see 10-12 updater task in your progress pane.Sometimes they take hell of time to open a form. I need to stop them individually and try opening again.
I have seen that problem a number of times in 8.51. I just hope that they fixed a whole brunch of these problems in 8.52.
